6. Customer Account & Conduct

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under their login. Misuse, fraud, or violation of T&C may result in account suspension.

Unlawful, abusive, offensive, defamatory, harmful, or fraudulent use of the Website is prohibited.

7. Orders, Cancellations & COD

HYSKYN offers COD & prepaid payment options.
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

HYSKYN accepts return requests only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, notified within the specified period with necessary proof (unboxing video recommended).

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Refund & Return

At HYSKYN, we create every product with care and attention to detail, and we want you to love your purchase. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • To be eligible, items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and sealed.

Timeframe for Returns

  • You must raise a return request within 1–2 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Write to us at customercare@hyskyn.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Attach a clear image or video showing the product condition.
  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If your return request is valid, we’ll issue a refund, and you can place a fresh order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products
    Products without original packaging
  • Free samples, gifts, or promotional items

HYSKYN - SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery Process

Once your order is successfully placed, our team conducts a thorough quality check to ensure that each product meets our standards. After inspection, your order is securely packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Our delivery partners may contact you if they require assistance in locating your address or if any unforeseen delay occurs during transit.

Shipping Charges (India)

  • For orders below ₹2000, a shipping fee of ₹99 is applicable.
  • Shipping is free for orders above ₹2000.

International Shipping

We offer international delivery to select locations.

Custom duties, import taxes, and additional charges (if applicable as per the destination country’s laws) must be borne by the customer.
These charges will be collected during checkout wherever applicable and paid to the authorities by us.

Packaging

We take great care in packaging to ensure products reach you safely.
All items are carefully wrapped and placed in protective cartons.

We aim to use minimal plastic and follow responsible packaging practices.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched. This will include your tracking details and courier partner information.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.
You may also track your order anytime through the tracking link shared with you.

Delivery Timelines

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Estimated delivery timelines are displayed on the product/cart page and confirmed via email once your order is shipped.
Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Destination pin code
  • Courier network and logistics availability
  • Unforeseen situations such as strikes, lockdowns, natural disasters, or force-majeure events

Delays caused due to logistics or circumstances beyond our control do not qualify for cancellation or refunds.

During sale periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in multiple shipments if it includes items stored at different warehouses.

Delivery Verification

To ensure secure delivery, our delivery partners may request a delivery OTP/verification code.

If you do not receive a verification code, you may be asked to provide valid ID proof to complete the delivery.
